We’re writing to inform you about an important update to your account. 

We are pleased to announce that Binance FZE has been granted a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). As a result, we will be transitioning the accounts of all UAE resident users from the Binance.com Global Exchange to the VARA-regulated Binance FZE exchange. 

The full VASP licence cements our commitment to advancing the industry through compliance, innovation and user protection.

Update KYC

What is required from you?
In order to meet the onboarding requirements of Binance FZE, you will need to update your KYC information by submitting the following: 

✅ ID Check (Emirates ID recommended)
✅ Liveness Check
✅ Proof of Address within the UAE (bank statement or utility bill recommended) 
  • Failure to complete the onboarding requirements before the KYC deadline (15 December 2024) will result in a restriction of your account to withdrawal only. 
How does this impact you? 
  • The updated onboarding requirement will not affect your current account access.
  • You can continue to use products and services already available on Binance’s Global Exchange until 15 December 2024.
  • After 15 December 2024, your account will transition to Binance FZE, but your login credentials (Email & Password) and UID number will remain the same.
If you update your KYC information before 30 October 2024, you’ll be automatically entered into a Prize Draw to share $500,000 in BTC rewards, with the ultimate prize being 1 BTC. Winners will be selected through the BNB Smart Chain hash value on 2025-01-01 23:59 (UTC) and announced via email. 
What to expect

Once onboarded onto Binance FZE, you can enjoy access to bank deposits and withdrawals in local fiat currency (AED) and access to more than 300+ virtual assets.
